Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. BOOTIQUE is built for all fitness levels—whether you’re brand new to working out or a seasoned athlete. Our low-impact cardio and strength training format is beginner-friendly and easy on the joints, with StairMaster-based workouts and guided resistance training that meet you where you are. It’s safe, smart training for men and women of all ages, including those returning to fitness after a break.

Bring water, wear supportive sneakers, and get ready to sweat. We provide all the equipment you need for our StairMaster + strength sessions. You can buy a resistance band to bring to every class, or rent one each time for $5. You’ll want to wear moisture-wicking workout gear that lets you move comfortably.

 Yes—our low-impact workouts are designed to support you through every chapter. Many of our moves are pregnancy-safe and postpartum-friendly, with modifications provided by trained instructors. Always consult your doctor before beginning any new workout, and let your coach know if you’re expecting or recently gave birth so we can tailor the class to your needs.

Nope. BOOTIQUE focuses on sculpting lean muscle, not bulking up. Our workouts use hypertrophy-style resistance training and StairMaster intervals to boost metabolism, improve muscle tone, and support long-term body composition goals—without adding bulk. Expect strength, not size.

 Unlike bootcamp or high-impact HIIT classes, BOOTIQUE is low-impact and joint-friendly. We combine steady-state StairMaster cardio with targeted strength training to maximize results without burnout. No jumping, no burpees, and no cookie-cutter workouts—just performance proven programming for glutes, core, and total-body definition.

Steady-state cardio is continuous movement at a moderate intensity, like climbing stairs at a consistent pace. At BOOTIQUE, we use this method on the StairMaster to keep your heart rate in the fat-burning zone—ideal for building cardiovascular endurance and optimizing fat loss, especially when paired with strength training.
